By accessing or using dsatify ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

dsatify provides digital SAT practice tests, question bank drills, vocabulary tools, and related educational content. The Platform is available to individual students and to education centres under a separate licence agreement.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell platform content without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content or data from the Platform
  • Use automated tools to access or interact with the Platform
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, design, and software — is the property of dsatify or its licensors. SAT exam questions are reproduced for educational purposes under applicable fair-use guidelines. "SAT" is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse this Platform.

5. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular score improvement. Practice results on the Platform are not a substitute for official score reports.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dsatify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
